Key information about CS Executive
The CS Executive Programme is the second stage of the Company Secretary (CS) qualification offered by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Clearing the Executive Programme is mandatory to appear for the CS Professional Programme.

Exam Date: June and December annually
Application Date: March for December attempt; September for June attempt
Result Date: August and February annually
Eligibility
Candidates who have passed the CS Foundation Programme (or direct entry for graduates with 50%+ marks). Registration is open throughout the year.

Sections: Jurisprudence & General Laws, Company Law, Tax Laws, Corporate & Management Accounting, Securities Laws & Capital Markets, Economic, Business & Commercial Laws, Financial & Strategic Management
Total Marks: 700
Duration: 21 hours (7 papers × 3 hours each)
