Key information about NDA
NDA exam is conducted by UPSC twice a year for admission to the Army, Navy, and Air Force wings of the National Defence Academy and Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC).

Exam Date: April and September annually (two attempts)
Application Date: January-February and June-July annually
Result Date: June and December annually
Eligibility
Unmarried male candidates who have passed or are appearing in class 12 from a recognized board. For Army Wing: 10+2; for Navy and Air Force: 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics. Age limit: 16.5 to 19.5 years.
Exam Pattern
Sections: Mathematics, General Ability Test (English + General Knowledge)
Total Marks: 900
Duration: 5 hours (Paper 1: 2.5 hrs, Paper 2: 2.5 hrs)
